Hotspot Training have undergone some product development that builds on the already successful Hotspot system concept.
In the sports world there seems to be a quest for true Agility training. I have heard various definitions but one follows true ability to move with speed in response to a stimulus.
At Hotspot training we are keen to see people move and so the Response system maintains this requirement.
The addition to this system is that lights on the base unit provide the stimulus whilst also providing the measurement feedback from the previous concept.
Hotspot Response has 3 modes of operation including a memory mode.
Mode 1 is a based on the “time” mode of hotspot where users must try to touch as many dots as possible in the set time. The difference here is that the system randomly lights an LED and the user much touch the correct dot.
Mode 2 is similar in that users must respond to the LED that is flashed but the user sets the number of lights in the drill and tries to perform the activity as fast as possible. Times are accurate to 100th of a second.
Mode 3 is a memory game where the user sets a sequence length and the system generates a random light sequence. Users then must hit the dots in the correct order and again the system provides the timing.
Dots are coloured and wireless making game options vast.
Look out for videos of the system in testing very soon..
